No-Knots Use & Care
Care & Cleaning
For the best brushing experience, remove loose hair after every use. Clean your No Knots Brush once a week using warm water and a mild shampoo or gentle soap.
If you regularly use styling products, we recommend cleaning your brush every 3–4 days.
A clean, well-maintained brush helps maintain optimal brushing performance and keeps your hair looking and feeling healthy and beautiful every day.
Important: Keep Away from Heat
The No Knots Brush is designed for use on hair that is not being exposed to direct heat.
Do not use with hot hair tools, such as hair dryers, straighteners or curling irons. Excessive heat may damage the delicate brush bristles.
Keep your brush away from direct heat sources and allow your hair to cool before brushing.
Storage
For maximum protection, store your No Knots Brush in the protective wallet provided after use. This helps protect the delicate bristles and prolong the life of your brush.
When Should You Replace Your Brush?
For the best brushing performance and hygiene, we recommend replacing your No Knots Brush every 12–16 months, depending on frequency of use and how well it is maintained.
The No Knots Brush is specifically designed as a detangling brush for gently removing knots and tangles. It is not intended to be used as a styling brush or with heated styling tools.
With proper care and storage, your No Knots Brush will continue to provide a gentle, effective detangling experience for longer.
